5. The color is consistent with the module (no obvious color difference under natural light or fluorescent lamp for normal vision), and no color difference in the same batch of products (note: color difference includes color and gloss). 1. The external dimension deviation of the LED box is within 0.5mm, and the diagonal deviation is within 1mm.
2. Check whether the burr is cleared, whether the sharp angle is blunt, whether it is scratched, and whether the hand is allowed to have thorns.
3. Each nut and nut column must be tooth-returned to ensure the smooth tightening of the threads.
4. Check whether the assembly of the LED machine housing meets the requirements of the drawings. All components (locks, hinges, etc.) should use existing standard components to ensure the mechanical strength and sealing performance during assembly.
5. The welding of each welding part of the box body must be firm, free from false welding, missing welding, etc. The solder joints should be flat, and the solder joints should be scraped. The process requirements are strict and the specifications are required. The surface of the weld seam should be polished, sealed, waterproof, smooth, and free of sharp angles.
6. After the holes of the LED module are punched and welded to form, ensure that the surface is flat, the surrounding panels have no warping deformation, and the board surface error is less than 1mm. The size of the positioning hole on the front panel of the box is strictly controlled, and the size and spacing error of the positioning hole is less than 0.1mm. The x-direction and y-direction of the group axis are respectively on the same straight line, and are respectively perpendicular to the edge of the shell, and the perpendicularity is less than 1mm.
